Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.
Shipping fees are calculated based on total purchase price; we offer free postal shipping for orders over US $69.
Default logistics for all orders
For example, if you order a dress, it will need 1-5 business days of processing time and then 7-20 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 8-25 business days.
(*There is different processing time for different item. You can check the processing time from product page. Once your order is placed, you can check order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.)
During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
Note for taxes
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
